How Do I Become Certified?
Becoming certified is simple. You must register and take the required 12-hour education program from an approved education sponsor (see the list below for approved sponsors). We offer reciprocity credit for this education if you currently hold a certification from a 3rd party company. After receiving your initial training, you may sit for the knowledge examination. A score of 70/100 is required to pass the examination. Your certification will be awarded after we confirm you meet our Code of Conduct standards and you pass the examination.
